At Paridox Cosmetics, we manage our entire value chain with a high-quality mindset. Our delivery process is designed to ensure that our invigorating skin and hair treatments reach you in peak condition, whether you are ordering a single bottle or a container load.
1. Processing & Lead Times
Because we hand-pick premium ingredients and follow a strict Kaizen approach to production, quality takes time.

Retail Orders: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Wholesale Orders: Lead times vary based on volume and production cycles. Your estimated ship date will be provided upon order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Local Delivery: We offer standard and expedited shipping for our retail customers within Ghana.

Wholesale & Freight: For bulk orders, we offer various freight options. Wholesale partners may also arrange their own pickup from our Tiwajo Industry Limited facility, provided it is scheduled 48 hours in advance.

Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
3. International Shipping
Paridox is a global brand.

We ship our natural cleansing and hair growth formulas worldwide.

Important: International customers and wholesale partners are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their specific country.
4. Inspection & Damaged Goods
We take immense pride in our secure packaging, but we ask that you inspect your “ultra-luxurious” products upon arrival.

Retail: If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days with a photo of the package.

Wholesale (FOB): As the manufacturer, our responsibility ends once the goods are handed to the carrier. However, any visible damage to the outer pallets must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery for insurance purposes.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your journey from our laboratory to your doorstep.
