Wholesale: For our partners, orders are subject to stock availability and production lead times. A Purchase Order (PO) is considered accepted only once Paridox issues a formal Order Confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payment

Risk of Loss: For retail, risk passes upon delivery. For wholesale (FOB), risk passes to the buyer once the goods leave our Tiwajo Industry manufacturing facility.

4. Returns & Quality Assurance
We take immense pride in the efficacy of our formulas.

Retail Returns: If you are not satisfied with your invigorating treatment, retail items may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging.

Wholesale Claims: Partners must inspect shipments upon arrival. Any claims for shortages or damaged goods must be filed in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
